Received my HuddlecamHD USB - disappointed

Like webcam design and setup. There is a lot of versatility in this CAM. However, if you're used to Logitech's software and its ease of use, you'll be disappointed. The webcam is plug and play and does not have its own installable software. The camera uses the TV-style clicker to change camera settings, the menu is hard to see and difficult to select options. TV Clicker slows down any manual changes or scaling. When trying to use the zoom, the picture gets very grainy. I give it 3 stars because

Superior Video Quality - Stream video to the web and TV simultaneously

We bought this camera for Sabbath service. We had to broadcast both to the internet and to a TV for the members downstairs. We were able to stream video (no audio) to web viewers when using FreeConferenceCall (both audio and video). 4K clarity is excellent. Excellent purchase!

ATTENTION - sound via USB

Good camera with decent picture. However, the sound from the camera is not transmitted through the HDMI cable. It goes through the USB cable, which is completely useless.
