The cable didn't work out of the box.

My son bought this for his Huion Kamvas 13 as there was no USB-C cable in the original box. It came in the mail today and he tried it but said it wouldn't work on his laptop so he tried mine and the problem persisted. He also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers and it still didn't work. Very disappointed with Huion and the price they charge for something that doesn't even come out of the box.

The instruction is confusing

This cable fulfills its function of data transfer between Kamwas 13 and iMac. Its performance is acceptable. However, the confusion lies in the instructions. Reading the instructions it seemed that only a USB-C to USB-C cable was needed to connect the Kamvas 13 to a computer. This turned out not to be true. A second "power cable" was also required even when connecting the Kamvas 13 to a desktop computer like my iMac. It's better than dealing with a 3-in-1 cable, but a little disappointing.

His. great and the only real way to use the android connection.

This is a somewhat mixed bag. On the one hand, the cables appear well thought-out and of high quality. But I want them to be woven. In fact, in an ideal world I could use quality Anker cables, but the screen tablet is specifically designed to be too small for regular cables. Connect to Android while retaining many of the features you get by connecting to a PC. But it still feels like an "early adapter". Problems on Macbook Pro!

As the title says, the cable itself powers the tablet, but the tablet shows a signal error on the screen. I installed all the drivers, gave the program the necessary permissions and it still doesn't work. The tablet is recognized by the software when plugged in, but the second time you turn it on it says the device is disabled. Not for all devices.

I have a Huion Kamvas 13 (2020). The USB-C cable works well with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with Dex. When I use it on my Windows 10 laptop (Acer Predator Helios 300) it doesn't work. I've tried old and new drivers and apps from Huion website, but my tablet still shows "No Signal".
