🔵 Humble Crew Blue Velvet Round Storage Ottoman Footstool Review

Terrible design. Some screws don't actually fit the holes, and those that do are willing to spend hours trying to get them right.

Looks good and has handy storage space but was missing a few screw holes so we had to drill through the fabric. The alignment is also broken so some screws can't go in. I can't even finish the build.

The leg came off and the screw attachment was enlarged so I can't reattach it. It's loose and doesn't fit to keep your feet in a stable position. I've been trying to find a replacement leg but I don't have any contact information to get in touch.

Good size, easy assembly (approx 15-20 minutes). I would suggest partially tightening all 4 screws before tightening or the holes will not line up. There was damage, all 4 legs were broken off and there was no piece inside to attach the lid. Not enough to make me return it, enough to give it a mediocre rating.

I liked the look and storage, it was perfect for what I need it for. One night I was sitting on a stool on the floor with my laptop and wanted to pick up the stool and move closer and one of the legs fell off. The way it broke doesn't allow me to easily put it back together without tearing the inner lining, so I'm very disappointed.

Bought about 3 weeks ago for a shoe stool in our main closet. I've sat on it to put on shoes about 5 times. The fifth time, my legs jumped completely off the bolts and I fell to the ground. Although it was weird at the time, I will come back for a refund. Low quality. Wouldn't recommend it. Luckily a refund is still possible as it has been 3 weeks now.

I was a little nervous about some of the previous reviews but thought this ottoman was very durable and looked great. Attaching the legs can be a bit tricky, but only because the angle of the legs makes it difficult to insert some screws, but it's doable. Once properly installed, this little gem's legs are strong enough to carry me, and I'm a big girl. Love it!

Assembly was very easy. I can say that I knocked my foot twice out of clumsiness (tripped and fell on it in the dark and the box squeezed it when moving), but liquid nails and toothpicks made it like new. I use the stool mainly to put my feet down and to put my shoes on every now and then, otherwise no problems. I've also spilled coffee on it and was able to wipe it off with a warm damp cloth to restore it. All in all I can recommend this stool. It stores my quilt in the living room and…
