I've been using the vornado humidifier for 12 years now. These are the best Vornado free filters I have ever tried and I think they are better than Vormado and a lot cheaper. I've already ordered 8 sets and can't get enough!

I use them in Vornado Evap40. They fit in this humidifier, but they don't absorb water nearly as well as a Vornado. You can save money on purchase, but in the end the humidifier will become less effective.

I usually have to fill my water tanks with different filters on a daily basis. I fill my water tanks with it maybe twice a week. Something wrong. Also, I feel like my nasal passages are dry, which is why I bought a humidifier. I won't buy them again.

These wicks are thinner than the originals. The wicks do not absorb water like the originals. A Vorado wick is fully saturated when wet just 2 inches above the water level. I've had this humidifier for over ten years so I know how it works. We only use reverse osmosis water, so calcification is not a problem.

Most quality filters are coated with colloidal silver to provide some protection against bacteria. It's not like this. If you don't add antibacterial agents every time you refill the tank, these untreated filters will go moldy within a week. Spend $10 more and get cleaned filters. The service life is significantly increased and in the end you save money.
