I don't understand 5 star reviews. This thing makes very little fog, even at altitude. He comes and goes and you hardly see him. Maybe I'm defective? I hate giving things back. A NOTICE. I removed the tank and blew the water bubbles out of the little pocket (looks like an electric eye) and voila is much better.

I don't want to be asked to review items I've just bought if I hope to have them for many years. I use this item to drain my basement. It's a dryer! As long as it works If it wasn't, I'd ask for my money back, plus a $20 hourly fee for wasted setup time.

Likes: steam capacity enough to hold a house (1180 sq ft or brick fuel), a burning stove to heat my house. .Which makes the humidity so low that 15% to 25% in winter causes so much static electricity that I had to do something! ! .and I also wish the tank was bigger so I could run all day and night and refill once a day or less. All in all a good product for the price!

I bought a Homech humidifier over a year ago and I love it so I bought this one because I couldn't find a similar one. I received it and to my pleasant surprise it is the same Homech branded humidifier. It works great. It's easy to fill and clean. It comes with 2 reusable dust filters that mount on the bottom.
