Very Useful Tool - Tools & Equipment

I have used this product several times and now it is just what I was looking for. Displays vehicle error codes and more and the customer service is top notch.

No tools and hardware support

Garbage I wanted to use his password and spent hours trying to bypass it, nothing worked. I never used it the day I needed it, I want my money back today. Nobody supports. Go to h3ll.

Does not meet specs

Was good quality, looks good but really just a tablet. Only the standard scanner didn't work on my cars. All other functions could not work on my vehicles. It may work for others, there are many foreign cars out there that most people will never use. Doesn't work for me

Not worth it - tools and equipment

So I had snap-on scanners and matco scanners. Now this scanner is great for basic diagnostic tests, but don't be cheap if you want a great diagnostic tool and then get a well-known brand. Most of the functions of this thing only works for a few cars. The GM coverage sucks and it doesn't even clear codes on Chrysler. The only upside is that it's a decent tablet, so I can at least watch YouTube on it.

Worst thing I've ever bought

If I couldn't give this any stars I would install it in Chinese first and then you can try to go to the language to get it in English change. Then you need to go to the keyboard layout and change it to English. One is done with that and everything is set up with activation and all you realize there is nothing you can do is say you are connected to the machine but you really aren't. Worst money I've ever spent, a piece of junk. Put Android 9.0 and you can no longer update

great tool for code readers and scan tools

Ok this scan tool is really great. I can trip test and it has bi-directional control for my 2015 Toyota which I couldn't do anything with. My car on other scanners was more than capable of this. I can highly recommend this remedy. I was very skeptical at first, but loved the tool. I recently tried autel mk 808 mx808 and matco maglite which matco was the worst of the other three and the noise is better than the other three. $4000 scan tools, I think this will hold up to some of them.
