The quality is not as good as expected.

I expected the Hurley to be of fairly good quality. I bought 2 for my 2 boys. After 1-2 washes there are a few pills on both shirts. I used to buy swim trunks from Target. It never pills after repeated washing and drying. I am very disappointed in the quality of Hurley.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic

Good for sun protection

I bought the white one. I love how soft and light the material is on my son. I usually wear this on him when we go to the beach but the shirt is so cute it can be worn with shorts everyday. I didn't like how long the shipping took and the other shirts are overpriced for my liking.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs

We believe this is a fake and not a rashguard

First of all, this is not a rashguard but a shirt. It will not work for your little ones who want to boogie board, learn to surf, or use it for that function. The shirt is branded Hurley and Nike but Nike sold the Hurley subsidiary in 2019 so I'm not sure how that relationship still sells? Some of the black letters/logos came off right out of the box which would never happen with a real shirt with Hurley or Nike logos. If you read some of the descriptions, even simple grammatical and English…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
