Good value for money wire cutters and scissors

Used these scissors on a gutter replacement project. They appear to be well made and worked great for what I needed. I expect to use them for projects that involve cutting/trimming fine mesh or hardware mesh. I wish the blades were a bit longer but for the price they seem good and would be handy tools for the occasional need.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Poor performance

It seems easy to break in hand tools

it's good that they are sharp. I was able to use them to cut .063 caliber aluminum. I mainly used yellow straight scissors. However, he quickly began to fail. Now they get stuck in such a way that I have to open them manually. I loosened a few bolts a bit and even added air tool oil but the problem persisted. I'll leave them for now, but I won't replace them with this brand.

Pros
  • a handy thing
Cons
  • there are nuances

Great beginner scissors

I bought these scissors to cut sheet brass. They are excellent for cutting rough shapes, although cutting small shapes is difficult/confusing. The oval on the left was cut with a left knife - nice and even. I had to alternate the left and right scissors to cut 1 inch diameter circles. I'm sure it will get better with practice. They're nice and sturdy, but big and heavy, so keep that in mind if you have smaller hands.

Pros
  • Fits me great
Cons
  • Secret

life changer! on power tools and hand tools

Finishing our newly built chicken coop with wire mesh I had had enough of the physical attacks of this fiendish wire. They will always get poked or cut if they try to cut through the material with regular old wire cutters. I started looking for metal shears on Revain, found them, read the reviews and decided to order. Wow! These scissors cut wire like clockwork and the spring-loaded handle makes cutting faster! 10/10

Do not buy. Invest in the best pair

This product had good reviews and seemed like value for money. I bought this to cut a self-adhesive "tile" apron. I was so disappointed. At first they didn't cut straight. When cutting towards the end of the cut, the snips will curve the cut and create bumps. They were also difficult to manipulate, meaning it took a lot of force and pressure to cut the material. And this material was not dense. If I had to do it all over again I would buy better scissors. Unfortunately I found this out after…

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • I won't say anything
