My product was in great condition for about a week then the rubber seal in the lid fell out when I was hand washing the jug and lid and I can't sit Put it back in place so now I can't use my mug without it leaking all over the place. I've asked several people to try to put the seal back on and no one can get it. So I'm not very happy with my product

Great slippers, my son and I liked them a lot at first. We used them every day and then strangely they both started leaking on the same day? My seal had fallen off and was in a bottle. My son found out that in the middle of the school day, along with all the school work, his backpack was soaked to the skin. Since then, it has been difficult for both of us to get the seal to stay in place.

I liked the water jug for about a month but after rinsing and refilling and refilling the gasket on the lid started falling out and wouldn't seat properly. I had a bottle leak everywhere because the seal goes in crooked or at an angle. I sat patiently for about 15 minutes trying to put the damn thing on but to no avail and I can't do it every day.
