I'm so sad! I've only had this water bottle for about 3 months and now it's unusable. Initially the inner seal fell out, but this is easily fixed. But then I noticed that the lid broke! Really liked this product, just wish it would last longer :(

My product was in great condition for about a week then the rubber seal in the lid fell out when I was hand washing the jug and lid and I can't get it to work again in place so now I can't use my jug to keep it from leaking all over the place. I've asked several people to try to put the seal back on and no one can get it. So I'm not very happy with my product
