I like that it has all my favorite tools in one place, but what's really great about this service are their customer support team! The dashboard view makes it easy to see what items you've bookmarked, so that's nice because I can't always remember which ones are in my list! It also lets me easily find an item by typing keywords or even just adding text from its page title/description into search boxes (or sometimes there isn’t one).
