I just received this headset and I am very satisfied. I was a little skeptical when I read reviews that said their headsets had a bad smell, but I didn't notice any bad smell. In fact, they smelled brand new, like the smell of a new car. They also looked brand new. Mine didn't come in the original packaging but everything that was supposed to come with the headset was in the box it came in and was packaged nicely.
