I like how easy it was set up my account! No complicated steps at all - just go through some videos about setting everything out right before you start using them. The platform itself feels outdated but since they are still working towards newer updates this will eventually be fixed once enough time has passed (hopefully). I love how easy it was set up! It took less than 10 minutes after reading through everything before we were able to get started using our bot within an hour. The support team has been amazing so far too - they have responded quickly when needed but also know what questions are coming next steps along the way.
