Review on Hyro by Jose Guevara

I like how easy it was set up my account! No complicated steps at all - just go through some videos about setting everything out right before you start using them. The platform itself feels outdated but since they are still working towards newer updates this will eventually be fixed once enough time has passed (hopefully). As an example - there were no prompts when asking questions such as "how many minutes have gone by" which made me feel confused because i didn't know if something had happened during those few seconds where she wasn't able to answer anything back. If your organization needs help reaching more people then hyros can do so very well. It seems somewhat limited compared to other platforms currently available however we only started testing these products recently therefore not sure what else may offer better options now. Reachable audience size/reachability within our target market area.
