The glue is too weak for it and the spool is too tight. Every time we took the remote out, the glue came off. Will receive a refund.

I thought it would work for my remote but mine has curves. So it doesn't work for my intended remote control. It was necessary to make the ends flexible so that they can be attached to consoles of any shape, but at a good price and very strong.

The round glue sticks are great but too big for a fire stick and the really taut cord is a really great idea to keep kids from losing the remote which is difficult to use if you have this for the fire stick i had to glue on the front

Great idea. sticks well. The spiral is too narrow for my purposes. Just a little more than a foot from the train station is a place to rest. I need about 15-16 inches and the coil doesn't stretch - which might be fine, but not for me.

I'm only giving this 3 for the customer service we got. It wasn't very sticky and after just a few days/weeks the remote came off. The company provided us with a replacement which also didn't fit so we went back.

I bought these because my daughters keep losing remotes. The sticky part of the holder is metallic and very large. It does not fit our remote control and does not conform to the shape of the remote control. I was able to return the item.

Advantages: Very easy to apply, keeps the remote in place and retracts to its original length. Make sure the surface to be bonded is clean and free of dust. Cons: The pad itself is about 11/2 inches in diameter. Not suitable for small controllers (e.g. fan remote control). Next to. It is excellent. I bought 2.

The remote control often gets lost in the chair. The coils on this remote watchman were too tight and didn't stretch easily. Also, the cup used to attach to the console was stiff and didn't fit the console well. I solved my problem with velcro and tape - the velcro easily took the shape of a remote control. I cut the ribbon to the right length and tie it to secure it.

So the description of this item is obviously wrong and I took a chance. The cords are *very* stiff and don't stretch too much - close to two feet I'd say. This is nothing more than a telephone cord that can be easily stretched. The ends for connecting the TV and remote are actually made of durable metal, so you can only attach them to completely flat objects, making most TV remotes impossible to use. I was hoping, but unfortunately I have to send them back.
