I really like the pale pink hue of the bag. The keyboard is also light pink and complements the case very well. I've had the case for a few days and so far it's been very durable. I don't plan on carrying my laptop around very often, so this bag is more of a pretty thing. I used to have a black bacon case to protect this computer while in college. Now that I've stopped carrying this computer everywhere, I think it deserves a new case to keep it looking good.

The only feature that kept me from giving this 5 stars is this: There's nothing in the included installation guide that says the bottom shell will *not* cover the entire bottom of the Macbook Pro . This case is amazing! It snaps on top and bottom without damaging the laptop. The top case is monochromatic, but when you turn on the laptop, the apple light shines through the case, making it look really good. The keyboard cover fits snugly over the keys and stays in place with no glue. I highly recommend this set. It's worth way more than I could buy it. If you're buying a refurbished computer, this suitcase set will make it brand new. Hides all scratches and cosmetic damage.

I have had another case of the same color in a different color on my laptop for about 4 years and it has definitely held up on many trips to the library and in my backpack has been worn very little. Putting on and taking off is not that easy, but it works. I haven't really tested it with drops or anything, I have to admit. The only problem I have is the keyboard cover. It's very strange for me to type, even after a month I haven't gotten used to it, and the letters don't line up exactly with the keys, which makes me feel drunk when I look at them.
