Thin fabric is not forever

At first I liked it, but after a few months there are a lot of holes in it, the fabric is so thin that it just falls apart. :(Even if you are athletic the fit is a bit off - too tight in the calves and hips and loose in the waist.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Empty

Itchy but cut well

Good fit. Well done. Comfortable waist belt. The XS works more than the measurements in the chart, making it very comfortable, minus the itch. I also ordered the Icebreaker 175 top which doesn't itch. I do not understand. Perhaps the addition of 200 series merino wool to the bottoms is itching.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Crease

Warm and cozy but can tear easily.

Mine had a small crack after a few uses so I'm hoping the company can help with warranty issues. I'm very careful about things like this, so I was surprised. Otherwise they feel very soft and comfortable. They were very warm and did not restrict movement. They are very comfortable to wear under clothing in cold climates. I used them to sleep in when camping in cold weather.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Repair

Odd fit, pet hair on product, obviously a return from another customer

Rigid waistband, rises more in front than back which makes the fit feel rather odd and very roomy even for a size XL. Also, the product was clearly returned by another customer as the leggings had pet hair on the outside and inside and were completely crumpled up in a regular plastic bag, not an icebreaker bag. Very disappointed - return!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Less expensive, less heavy

I bought Minus33 Franconia Midweight XL women's merino pants and Icebreaker Oasis X-Large women's leggings. Both were black. I found the Icebreaker to be lighter than the Franconia. The icebreaker also had a shorter buoyancy than the Franconia. The Icebreaker featured more traditional stitching and an elastic waistband. The Franconia had interesting stitching and a wider and more comfortable waistband. The Icebreakers were a bit cheaper than the Franconia and I'll keep both.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • I'm silent

Runs small, doesn't fit well

I love my wool panties but they don't fit your body, they expect your body to fit their shape. I 5' 115# sure thought a small one would suffice! The legs are narrow up to the crotch. Under skinny jeans they hold tight, under a bathrobe the crotch is to be expected at thigh level! BTW, most of the socks I've gotten from Icebreakers are two left feet! First time I called customer service and asked for 2 right legs they sent a new pair, second time I called the US phone number was disconnected, I…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • poorly thought out
