Color not as expected

Like foil but I didn't expect the champagne color to be just another gold. Not at all happy with it. However, emerald watercolor is definitely beautiful.

Pros
  • Absolutely stunning!
Cons

Pretty color / easy to use

This foil is great. It's not light gold, it's more like champagne gold. I use it with my laminator and printer (toner, not inkjet). I don't cover the film with paper, I just run it through the laminator and it comes out really nice.

Pros
  • 5 sheets of foil 6" x 12"
Cons
  • Not sure

Great for an art magazine!

Very cool and fun product. I use this with a tube of deco foil liquid glue. I draw fun patterns on the pages of my art magazine with glue, let it dry for an hour or two, and then rub the foil to give my page an interesting look and texture. Just a note, the champagne and gold colors are VERY similar. I bought both but should have picked a different color instead.

Pros
  • acid free
Cons
  • boring packaging

I love the champagne color

I have many colors of decals. Champagne color is the only color that reliably adheres to the film. The golden color is considered one of the worst. I'm not sure why the success rates are so different when the colors are so similar. I seem to do better removing the slide from the top right corner of the project. I don't know if this is my imagination or if there is a valid reason for it.

Pros
  • For use on paper, fabric, wood or other porous surfaces
Cons
  • Expensive
