I really like this tray, I have it gray for the bathroom and white for the kitchen. He keeps tri-fold paper towels in the bathroom and bottles for dish soap and hand soap in the kitchen. My only issue is that the bottom material on this tray absorbs water and starts to smell. You will need to turn it upside down from time to time to let it air dry. I wish the bottom wasn't foamy.

I love the design but using a coated plastic dispenser spout causes some of the metal on the tip to come off. Also, the thread for attaching the pump to the glass is rough, but it works. The pump has been working flawlessly for over a year now and looks like it will continue to work. The ceramic jug sinks into a stainless steel base for extra volume. The SS base may rust if left in water for several days, which is quite possible if water drips from your hands while dispensing soap.

The pump looks like metal in the picture but is actually cheap plastic. The silver plating on the pump began peeling off almost immediately, and greenish (copper-like) stains appeared on the reservoir due to the wear of the plating. The brushed nickel on the bottom starts to rust after a few months and I've tried my best to keep it dry. The water that runs down the walls of the tank is collected in a metal base.
