One of the chairs was missing 2 leg caps. It is not possible to contact customer service or email anyone for help. Very unfortunate because my wife really liked the set, only one of the chairs is not good.

The listing on the Revain says it can handle 250 pounds easily. The packaging says up to 194 pounds. I have several large family members and was specifically looking for chairs that could hold at least 250 pounds. They're not broken or anything and I'll update when they do. I was just annoyed by the obviously false advertising (on the box or on Revain - I don't even know which is false).

The quality of the chair is so bad that the holes do not match. Difficult to assemble. The screws snapped out of the pieces and half the chairs MUST have cross threads to put them together. The chairs appear to have cushions but give the impression that you are sitting on wood and metal. The material, similar to faux leather, is thin and tears easily. But surprisingly the table was great! The gap between the glass and the metal frame is difficult to keep clean.

A good table and chair set for the money. Much smaller than I thought compared to the picture. I have attached a picture of 4 rugs to give you an idea of the size. Ideal for 4 adults. I set aside two more chairs for later use. Six adults at a table like this will be cramped. Super easy to assemble. Seems to be strong. The workmanship is good, as is the glass plate. I'm taking off a star because I thought it would fit 6 people. I think it's great for a small table.

The chairs are comfortable and stable, but don't sit back! We had a Thanksgiving family and one of my brothers leaned back a little and landed on the floor. Luckily he didn't get hurt too bad but we were so embarrassed. My young son also had several close calls about these chairs. I think the back legs of the chair aren't far enough back that they don't give enough support to the back of the chair. We are considering returning or selling for safety reasons.

I have had this table and chairs for 4 months now. I saw the reviews and was very concerned about what I was going to get but it was all I could afford within my budget so I went for it. The table is beautiful! It was easy to clean and easy to assemble. I've done it myself. It sleeps 6 comfortably, although some reviewers say otherwise. I didn't dare to take this table because of the negative reviews. They're valid, but I think the price, look and feel of the table make up for any pesky manufacturing flaws. Received my table, the legs appear to have production wear but they are minimal and will not show up on reassembly. It needs a good eye and patience to put it together well, the seats of the chairs are screwed, so you need to align them correctly yourself, they can be easily messed up. Took me about 3 hours to put…
