I had to update my review. I have used this device maybe 4 or 5 times. He suddenly passed out. After charging, only the red power LED lights up, no reaction. The power buttons don't work and it just freezes or is broken. I followed the reset instructions in the manual but it didn't help. I am very disappointed as I liked the size and functionality.

Product was not brand new as advertised! It was so covered in dirt, including dirt in the speaker holes, that the sound was distorted. The black plastic has scratches and dents from use and the lanyard is missing. It also didn't come with instructions or the white box it comes in in stores. We bought it direct from Best Buy so we know what this product should have been like.

I've had this device for about a year and a half. I took care of it.
