The sound quality is so-so. When it worked I used it to listen to music on my phone. The sound was better than many small ones like this one. It wobbles wildly when the phone is more than a few feet away, which made me doubt its usefulness. Now it does not turn off and does not light up! I noticed that the battery drained very quickly even though I switched off the device after use. It turns out he's staying. The switch is clearly off, but the red light at the top is lit and my phone's sounds (texts, etc.) are playing over it. The adjustment buttons don't work, the backlight doesn't work. This should take longer than 3 months. Garbage. Customer service? NOBODY. I've been calling for the past few weeks and every time I call I get a busy signal and sometimes it goes up and I'm late for customer service and then they hang up without even saying hello.
