Created with Family on Palm Sunday

Everyone was so impressed with how simple and beautiful it was. The fact that we created it as a project in which we were all involved was special. They loved him, but it was Grandma who wanted to take him home.

Pros
  • Sets
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

The recommended age for this is 10 years old which I will accept if there is no decent parental help. Wax comes in sheet form, so it needs to be heated with a hair dryer and rolled into a candle. All my kids had fun helping with this and we will definitely be buying another one to make next year's Easter Triduum and rock it all Easter time.

Pros
  • Craft
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

The recommended age for this is 10 which I agree unless there is a decent amount of parental help. Wax comes in sheet form, so it needs to be heated with a hair dryer and rolled into a candle. All my kids had fun helping with this and we will be sure to buy another one to make during the Easter Triduum next year and rock it throughout the Easter season.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure
