I liked it so much I bought a second pair! These gloves protect the knuckles with hard plastic and the backs of the fingers with flexible "rubber" pads. Very comfortable fabric and leather in a durable construction with extra padding. The touchpad at the tip of your index finger works, but not for precise screen control.

Really good quality but touchscreen fingertips wear out pretty quickly, after about a week of use they said "you know what? Do you use your thumb at a very specific angle and with a lot of pressure and your index finger? Forget it but other than that everything is fine, they protected my hands in a fall and saved me from a pretty decent road accident.

I bought three pairs of these gloves when we need medium protection. I would never go without gear, but thick heavy leather isn't always needed. As well as riding motorcycles we sometimes ride scooters and our routes keep us off the X-way and mostly at lower speeds. These gloves offer excellent protection for these times.

These gloves exceeded expectations. I ordered orange xl. They fit perfectly. The plastic knuckles don't bother when I clench my fist. The palms are soft to the touch. The touchscreen fabric on the index finger and thumb works as intended. Looks great and feels great. The skin around the joints should be slightly broken.

Hard to beat at this price. I use these sea kayak gloves when I get hit between rocks. Have used them on six paddles so far and am very impressed. However, the knuckle protection appears to be universal, only half covering the index and pinky finger of my XXL hands. If the tread were half an inch wider I would give them a fifth star.

On Friday evening 05/14/21 I was in a traffic accident where my leg was broken in two and when the car hit my motorcycle I was thrown down the sidewalk and I was with ILM well protected gloves that I wore. The only thing I would change about the gloves is how far they reach to the wrist. Also, these gloves protected my hands very well and I'm very happy with how well they held up. . Now I need a pair of riding gloves lol.
