The inner valve can be made of a different material than the outer. The thickness makes it difficult to access the buttons and increases the volume of the case. It feels well made and the touch inside is decently protected.

This is probably one of the best wallet cases I've seen. PRO: Good leather, orange elastic strap ensures tight closure. I wanted something that didn't have a magnetic button latch. Cons: The only thing is that the leather edges on the left and right edges of the screen make it difficult for your fingers to press the buttons next to it, no problem if you're using a stylus I think.

I LOVE it! it is sooooo pretty and the skin is soft. It comes with an orange strap to keep it closed and undamaged when not in use. It has 3 pockets as pictured and 1 side pocket among those 3. It also doesn't prevent you from charging it and putting on your headphones when it's in the pocket. It also comes with a free screen protector, which is a plus! This case is perfect for protecting the front of my iPod touch 3rd generation. Love the design work and the orange stripe. I've been using this case daily for about 2 months. I toss my iPod in my purse with everything else and this case keeps it in top condition. The case's minor downsides are that you can't easily reach the very edges of the iPod screen (I very rarely have to!) and the elastic stretches (thanks to lots of use and my kids). Two years later I still benefit from this case which I use as a wallet. Cons: I immediately discovered that I had to sew in two rubber bands to hold my iPod in place. Now it works, but if necessary, the player is difficult to remove. The edges of the screen can thus be difficult to reach in a case as the edge material is quite thick and the opening is no larger than the screen.
