I don't have long experience with them but I used one part for a 5 day event and I used it probably 8-10 hours straight. I love how it feels in my ears and everything sounded much clearer (I guess because plastic holds moisture and water better?). Anyway, I love them and as long as they last a year or so it will be worth it.

I like them better than the standard coiled rubber bushings for radios. They are much more comfortable and do not injure the ear canals even after several hours of use. The downside is that they are short-lived. I use them 3 times a week for about 7 hours and after about 2 months of use they start to fall apart and are very difficult to clean, earwax sticks to them like glue.

They used to be awesome and cost $6-7 each. However, they changed them. They're half the size they used to be. Now it's too small to fit in my ear. I used them on my radio at the factory. They were amazing while protecting my hearing. The originals didn't last long, maybe a few months. The new ones are heavier and smaller. I don't know why they changed them. no longer recommend

Overall I like the product. The only problem I have is that the buds are only good for 5-7 uses. I'm a security guard at a club so I need a comfortable earbud that doesn't need to be adjusted every 5 seconds. After about 5 impressions I notice that they don't hold either. I have used alcohol swabs to remove any excess wax, but this actually tends to ruin the actual composition of the bud. I basically blamed it on the recurring cost, but they're cheap so it doesn't matter.

What I didn't like is that it doesn't offer other sizes, it's only sold as a medium size which I have to put in my ear and while not uncomfortable it does this also big on my ear canal, it pops out and often falls out when I really need to hear something the dispatcher is telling me or what other officers are doing that I can help with or at least am aware of. So I'm still looking for a better fit for my ear that's soft but doesn't fall out for no other reason than it's just one size.

These ear tips work great with sound tube headphones. They reduce ambient noise and make it easier to hear radio communications. I'm not a fan of how sticky foam is. I work in a factory where there is soot dust everywhere. It sticks to these earbuds and cannot be peeled off. You can use disinfectant wipes to maintain hygienic cleanliness, but if you handle them with dirty hands, that dirt will stick to them. Despite the sticky foam, I'll probably order another set when the time comes.
