Added cold air recirculation to the firebox duct above the wood stove. It's hard wearing and would support my 200#. But I don't step on my wife's blankets anymore. giggle

Works but don't want to put two gaskets in. One on each section to keep it from moving, more suitable for 8.5 x 12.5 inch hole. He did his job for the award and painted it with spray paint as well.

Looks good and is very durable. what else can i say I was looking for something I couldn't find in my town, at a warehouse, or at another hardware store, and it fit the bill.

This product did exactly what I needed. The people who used to own my house laid the floor and didn't support the floor where the old canal was. Just put the floor on it. My couch would have fallen through the floor if I hadn't noticed. It saved my sofa and my wallet!

These work great for our old gravity system, but there's a small problem: the metal trim around the top of the grille is slightly wider than our baseboards. We had to cut out a small piece of the floor to fit it, but it's a massive improvement over the flimsy original wooden slats.

The vent size in the product name was correct so that's what I needed. The description said a different size, but I took a chance. The vent was a bit too big, probably due to shipping. I turned it slightly in the opposite direction and now everything is fine. The other minor thing is that the register is smaller than my other vents, but that doesn't matter as it's pretty durable.
