Doesn't hold a 10.5 " stick

The holes are drilled at such a low angle that a 10.5" stick will protrude over the edge of the holder. I have another that has the holes drilled at a 40 degree angle and fits a 10.5" stick. So if you're using 10.5" sticks, this isn't the holder you need.

Big Tree: Room Scent

Not that anyone's fault. My child broke the end of the chopstick in one of the holes, then I broke the needle trying to pull the chopstick out. So now I have a one-way deal. The original holes are angled so their tips don't touch, sometimes causing ash to fall overboard. But 95% of the time it gets the job done!

Almost perfect: Incense stick stand

The thing is nice and big, durable, simple, clean and cheap. That's exactly what I wanted. I have no complaints other than incense stick holes as others have mentioned. I had drilled three holes on one side and one on the other. Two of the three are drilled so that your incense sticks protrude from them. One was right. Even if I had to drill new holes, it's still worth the price.

Dirty and damp, I will never buy again!

This was a terrible purchase! When I received the package I could smell raw wood even before I opened it. The censer came in a small box and was wrapped in brown paper. The paper itself was dirty and wet. I tore open the paper and found that the incense burner was not only wet but also covered in dirt and rocks. I was shocked because this product was rated so highly. I am so disappointed in this purchase.

  • Quick replacement

Mine doesn't have two incense stick holes

So you can see in the picture that two incense sticks can be used with it. It's not, at least not for me. It only had one hole on one side instead of one on each side and the hole was very small so I couldn't put the stick in it. However, this is very easy to fix if you have a drill press or know a friend with a drill press. I just made another hole and made the first hole a little wider. It works great now, but it was a bit annoying to do

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Fragile

Good Rustic Holder: Incense Holder

Nice Rustic Holder. The holes are slightly offset so you can insert a stick on either side and either cross and squeeze them or cross them in the opposite direction and they will be slightly spaced apart. (I tried to show in the photos) The holder is not perfectly symmetrical and the wood's natural grain is enhanced by the stain. It feels nice and smooth and has nice soft "feet" on the bottom. It catches all the ash and nothing more, so my desk is a mess after smoking. Another nice perk (for me

Large Incense Holder for Nag Champa

I have burned incense constantly for many, many years, these days I burn Nag Champa as opposed to thick Tibetan style incense. This incense holder is suitable for Nag Champa style incense sticks (see picture). One thing I usually want from an incense holder is that it captures ashes and of course it has to be aesthetically pleasing. This holder is designed in a minimalist style, with no intricate dragon carvings or anything like that. This is a light-colored, low-density wood from India that…
