These are perfect for using the 1/4 input and feeding the right and left channels on the Behringer inputs for your analog mixers.

I needed to plug a 1/4" stereo from a sound card into a mono monitor jack. It worked. I used a 1/4 mono cable to connect "mother" to the monitor.

I needed this for my harp guitar - it has two sets of pickups but I don't always have access to two channels in the amp. So I use it to connect both pickups to the amp with the same cable if needed.

This allows the same signal to be sent to both channels of a type 4 Marshall input head, with a lower signal value than the first channel. With this adapter you get the maximum possible gain by feeding both channels the same signal.

*NOT* TS Mono jack/input as advertised, it is TRS Stereo. This means that the mono signal is only sent to one of the other ends, not both. (Either that or they got a stereo Y-splitter from the wrong container when they shipped mine.) 3 stars because the quality seems good, it just isn't what it says it is.
