I thought it was well done. expensive for a simple basket. Too bad I didn't use a liner but the instructions say that with enough flour the bread won't stick. For real? I had to cut the banana. I made a sourdough and worked great in other pots. I was about to return but then saw that it must be in new, unused condition. For real? How would you know if you haven't tried? Waste $20+ gone.

They were slightly larger than another proofer I had which was also supposed to be 10 x 6 x 4. And the liner is a little lighter. But that doesn't harm the product. The dough really seemed to stick less to them. Can't comment on durability or ease of cleaning as I've only used them twice and you don't really "clean" them. But I love them so far and they seem to be well made. It's definitely good value for money and I would buy it again. That should say enough.

Banneton works as described; My loaves rise beautifully and end up in a nice ribbing that gives them a professional finish. I was a little disappointed that the banneton was pinned; One of the clamps pierced the wood underneath risking the dough sticking to the edges of the clamp.
