I was hoping it would be more comfortable like the disposable briefs which have stretch and a shorter cut. However, when you put it on, you quickly notice that it looks more like a sagging bath towel than tight-fitting underpants. Sagging is the main downside, had it been cut better it would have been acceptable.

Let's start with the fact that I don't use them for urinary incontinence. I only wear them to help with (sfw) coping ability called age regression. It works really well for that! I haven't had a chance to use this diaper yet so I'm giving it 5 stars for now. I'll put it this way: wash and dry a few times with a mild liquid detergent like Dreft, Dreft is meant for baby clothes and diapers, and I also highly recommend using plain white vinegar when rinsing, it will help get rid of detergent residue Also, I strongly recommend using a front loading machine and running a few extra rinse cycles and NOT using fabric softener in the wash or using dryer sheets.
