Let's start with the fact that I don't use them for urinary incontinence. I only wear them to help with (sfw) coping ability called age regression. It works really well for that! It zips up easily, although it would be nice if instructions on how to put it on were included as it was confusing at first. The material is dense and pleasant on the skin, does not rub on the hips. It's also good because I can pop it in the washing machine instead of buying disposable items, especially since bodily fluids don't get inside.
