very warm but not very heavy

they are warm. they are long. They shrink when put in the dryer. I'm not sure why they are called heavy. the material is light and the husband put his finger in his hand (they have only been washed a couple of times)

Pros
  • comfortable
Cons
  • not bad

Small or huge, the choice is yours.

I'm 5'10, 165 cm tall, otherwise average. This medium can fit someone who weighs around 110 pounds. So I sent it back and bought a large one. It's massive. And *odd* proportions. The torso was still tight around me, but it came down to my knees and the arms were like pirate sleeves. I don't know a single person with such proportions.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Crumpled

I have xlt not just xl . I ordered according to the size grid. wow, must order xxl or xxxl to fit. I am 6 feet. 240 and well built. I don't see how the "chart" would help anyone choose the right size as this shirt (even if I get a size larger) fits my 6ft son better. 160lb sleeves and torso are still too long but will do after 3 washes.

Very Light Best in Active Base Layers

I bought this shirt as I already have a pair but want to wash it less often. The one I received was in good condition. The problem I have is that it's about twice as thin as the ones I bought a few years ago. Didn't try it on right away as I always like to wash my clothes before wearing to wash away most of the chemicals. Otherwise I probably would have sent it back. I'm sure it was a lot cheaper to make than my old one. I just have to remember not to buy this brand again.

Don't shrink! - Active Base Layers

This shirt is way better than Fruit of the Loom. I'm 6ft 4in and 200lbs and the sleeves are perfect, I usually run into short sleeves and cropped lengths. I will definitely be buying more of these shirts but just wanted to see how they fit. First. I don't know how it will hold up after washing but even if it shrinks a bit everything will be fine. Also perfect for gloves (sleeves tuck deep into gloves).Update: Washed and dried - shirt looks the same! Doesn't shrink and seams stay intact after a…

So far so good with clothes

I have been a Carhardt customer for many years. But Carhardt prices are out of control. 30-40€ a piece?! So I recently started looking for an alternative. Indian has just been delivered. Fits perfectly. The density of the fabric is slightly lighter than Carhardt, but the warmth is more than adequate. Durability is undecided (so can't add a fifth star just yet) but the Carhardt only lasted one winter before it started breaking. Even if I only get one season of Inderas I'm still saving money for…

They are bulky

I am 1.82m tall, 75kg and fit. I have been wearing Indera thermal underwear for many years but now they have changed size. This time I bought medium talls which are now baggier than the old large talls I used to wear. The outer pockets 800LS, 839LS and 822LS are marked "Full Cut for a Comfortable Fit". My guess is that this change is to appease the ever-increasing percentage of the population with an ever-increasing midsection. These are still decent shirts, just long enough for us taller guys,

Revain needs a zero star rating

Very disappointed. If you expect "heavy" thermals like the product says, look elsewhere. I have cheap Gildan t-shirts made of thicker material. I bought a few of these from Revain earlier this year and decided to buy a few more for this winter. The ones I bought before were much better. While not as warm as other thermals I've had, they were comfortable for my purposes. Now the same product costs just over 10% more and is made from a significantly lighter material. For comparison, I weighed…
