Indus Valley Permanent Gel Hair Color (Black 1.0) - Damage-Free Formula Review

Very misleading packaging to give the impression that this product was designed as a sensitive alternative to traditional hair dye. I had a mess with scalp burns, severe itching and even scabs in places.

I tested this product on my skin first because I know what I am allergic to and this product does not contain any of these allergens. After reading other reviews I was hoping to use this as the product I was using was discontinued. However, within 48 hours my skin reacted to something in the product so I cannot use it.

THIS IS LOTS OF HARMFUL CHEMICALS. I thought it was natural but look at the ingredient list - lots of items that are banned in some countries. I gave it three stars because my mom used it and it covered the grey, but you'd be better off with a branded product that doesn't try to lie to you by telling you it's 'organic'. Very disappointed

So first of all it smells SO GOOD I really liked how easy it was to mix. It definitely did some damage to my hair, but that's any hair color. This one definitely smells and preforms organics. My hair became straight after the first wash since the shampoo and conditioner were included. Definitely recommend! It seems that after a lot of experimenting I found my favorite hair color. He mixes a relatively safe cuticle-opening chemical with henna and indigo vegetable dyes, and the treatment only takes 30-35 minutes. It smells like sweet oranges and doesn't make my hair rough and heavy like everything else. And it's enough to cover all my hair, which is also unusual. No adverse skin reactions. Feel free to try! I am so disappointed with the terrible results I have had with this product! I bought "Dark Blonde" and my hair turned black! I hate the color and not only that but my hair got rough and dry from this product. Would NEVER buy again!

Highly recommended. The chemicals in regular black hair dye would give me a complete headache, and I've been dying my hair for over 20 years. Not only did I not have a chemical reaction, this is the longest time between shades I've had without a prescription. Also, I didn't realize that this product has 2 or 3 apps in one box, so the value can't be beat. On a scale of one to five I give it a ten!

My hair started falling out more than usual so I decided to avoid regular box colors for a while. I have a lot of gray hair that dyes don't always cover well and my gray hair grows back quickly.
