Defective - Faded within a week - No returns/exchanges offered for defective items

Adorable bracelet that my daughter loves. Gave it to her for the swimming championship. She had it for 1 week and it's all stained. I tried to return but a defective product is not an option.

I ordered it as a gift and was very disappointed when I received it

I ordered it as a gift and was very disappointed when I received it. The pendants were very pretty and liked, but the bracelet itself is a bit deceiving when it says it's adjustable. Gave it to my granddaughter and she loved the charms but the bracelet is adjustable to slip around the hand but not adjustable to slip around the wrist. That's how you lose your wrist, so it slides back and forth and almost falls out of your hand. It should be possible to set the size once. The granddaughter is anโ€ฆ
