Fits straight onto my 2000 GMC Sierra

I had to drill some holes because the factory speakers snap in, but these are better. They had weird sounding bass but I played with the radio settings and now they sound good.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Amazing speaker upgrade for my truck

After replacing the OEM radio with Sony XAV AX100 The original speakers also had to be replaced. I replaced the factory rear speakers on my 2001 gmc sierra. with these Reference 4 x 6 speakers. . They have amazing sound quality

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Will not fit all

They may need to be cut and soldered but they sound great!

Sounds great for 4x6 speakers. They had to be soldered so I wouldn't call them suitable for my car, but it's not that hard if you've done it before. Just be aware that you can't just hook them up to a late 80's GM truck without some extra work.

Pros
  • Excellent overall quality
Cons
  • Quality

Great speakers if you need 4x6.

Surprisingly decent mid-bass for such small speakers. Excellent clarity and high frequencies. They kind of outshine the 6.5-inch Pioneer 3-Strips in my front doors. Sure, the Pioneer isn't the best, but for its size and price, they sound pretty incredible. If your only size option is 4x6, you can't go wrong with that.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Quick guide

Perfect fit for my application

It was a pleasure listening to these speakers my 26 year old classic. Obviously a lot better than the old stock speakers. The only flaw I found was how they responded to low frequency sounds. Obviously they are too small to reproduce low frequencies. Luckily I was able to dampen the low frequencies with the Kenwood Excelon head unit. Clean and tidy now that I've filtered out the lows. Maybe I should add a sub.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Having trouble

Infinity Sound on car electronics

I had to remove the entire dashboard for installation, but it was worth it. Big bass response handles a lot of power! Significantly cleaner than factory speakers. Lots of bang for the lowest price I've found. They impress with their size. I use the matching 6x9, I wanted the sound to be consistent. Works on a Pioneer deck. Make no mistake, but remember that location and auto make each app different, as well as the ability to customize audio, and that's where the frontrunner comes in because it…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember

Great little speakers!

Infinity makes great speakers and these 4x6s are no different. These little speakers will impress you! Just note that they are not meant to focus on deep bass, but on excellent mids and highs! If you set them up correctly, you will be amazed by the purity of the music they play! I use them on a secondary 22 watt main unit but with the right amp you can get the 45 RMS they are rated for and that's a lot louder than you think! To be honest, I don't think you can get a better speaker for this…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive
