Great Straight Grinder: Straight Grinder

I bought this 5 years ago in June and today it expired, for some reason the threads snapped where the angle head attaches to the drive motor. , otherwise it would still work. (I may be able to fix it, but I ordered another one today). We used this thing too, I own a landscaping business and maintain and build most of my machines so we worked hard on that. Best of the best

Have used Ingersoll Rand die grinders for many years. After wearing through 8 cheap die grinders over the last 20 years, my original Ingersoll Rand angle grinder still works great! No maintenance except lubrication. In truth, this is my favorite tool when cutting or polishing/deburring. My original tool has used 3 times which has worn out 8 other tools. Slightly more expensive but worth the extra money in my book

The build quality is exceptional - and I'm a mechanical engineer who designs things like this for a living. Very good ergonomics. The spindle lock button for tool changing turned out to be much more convenient than I expected. No more fiddling with two wrenches (both non-standard) and breaking your knuckles trying to break free. Comes with a (slightly odd) rubber "toe" and mounting hardware to direct exhaust air away from what you're working on. I've only used this tool a few times so far, but…
