I am a teacher and have to produce tens of thousands of copies a year. I have been buying these cartridges for many years and they do not disappoint. The quality is good and the price is unbeatable. Of course, I only print text, so it is imperative that the finished product is readable at a maximum of 400 dpi.

I have an HP3390 and this cartridge works great. However, I get a message that blinks every 5 seconds and stays on for 5 seconds saying "Non-HP supplies are being used." It's a bit annoying. There has never been a non-HP cartridge that has done this before.

So I bought this item and after average use after 11 months the first cartridge finally ran out, worked great, installed the second cartridge and started spotting and blacking out. Lines on all pages, very disappointed as I thought it only had a 1 year warranty, contacted the company anyway and within 3 working days they replaced me at my doorstep, no questions asked, great product and customer service, 2 year warranty Excellent.

The packaging was very safe and complete. The speed of delivery after ordering was amazing. The two toner cartridges were easy to install and work great on both printers. Everything expected was provided. I highly recommend this product.

Within a week of installing the second cartridge from this two piece set I noticed toner specks, specks and lighter areas on my printed pages. Now I have to take it out and shake it daily to get an even print darkness across the page and I still have smudges and toner specks all over the page. I don't think remanufactured toner cartridges are that good!

I bought a box of 4 toner cartridges for my HP1320. The first one worked for about 2 days and then started making all sorts of inconsistent changes to my documents which printed fine on another printer (WordPerfect, JPeg, Gifs and PDF).
