Skip it and buy brand name

Color ink is not compatible with the printer although black ink is suitable. HP lets us buy a brand name for Workforce Pro 😤

Not compatible with HP 5700 Pagewide Copier

Contrary to the seller's claim that these ink cartridges are compatible with the HP 5700 series copier, they are NOT! After installation, the copier will notify you that the cartridge is not compatible. Revain no longer sells the ink I bought for our color copies at the office, but offers it as a replacement on the Revain store page. I received my order on March 24th, 2021 to have on hand if our ink needed replacing, but on April 28th I found that they were not compatible. The returns window is

HP 972A 972X Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for PageWide Pro MFP 577dw

Update: The printer does not recognize the ink cartridge. Won't work at all. The return is via UPS, indicating that the cartridges were returned to the manufacturer on 06/18/2020. It's been two weeks and we haven't seen a refund - we're still waiting. Good product if the cartridges work. Very good prices when they work. Unfortunately, our new printer apparently had to go through a firmware update during setup. Customer service so far has been quick and excellent. Gave three stars - if there is…
