Works great for Kitchen & Dining

Used to filter heavily dry hopped home brews. I used stainless barbs instead of the ones provided. Worked great, no leaks. I cold pitched the beer first to remove much of the hops from the slurry.

The unit was a little smaller than I expected but it worked as advertised. Once connected, it has no moving parts, making it easy to work with.

NOT 180 MICRON! - Home Brewing & Winemaking

Compare the attached photo to other images of the 180 micron strainer. It is definitely not a 180 micron filter and looks a lot "rougher" than the promotional photo. The case also has that odd mark embedded in the plastic. This is the epitome of cheap Chinese junk. This filter goes straight into the trash! And when I think about it, I've been waiting over a week for it to arrive.

Cons
  • Very Expensive
