Excellent grip on handlebars and components

Very comfortable grips. Easy to install on my Suzuki M50. The black rubber is thick and liner, not just inserts. It doesn't come out of the holes. They are very comfortable, reduce vibration and have good stickiness. I'm surprised how good they are for the money.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons

Decent price

They're handy and pretty easy to install. I couldn't line up the throttle the way it should be, I had to put it on the rubber piece, don't know how long they last but so far so good. I had to use glue on the left side because it was too big.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Good Price: Handlebars and components

Great replica compared to the HDs which are around $80. They aren't as smooth as the originals, but they don't stick either. If you have an HD you can see the groove where the throttle cable goes in. They haven't, and I think that's why.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Expensive

As expected for the price

These pens are decent. They are clearly not high quality material but I believe they should hold up well. The throttle grip is sturdy and I like the extra throttle assist. The left handle looks a little cheaper. On the handlebars it feels good, but off the handlebars it feels like the rubber grips could be easily removed. Although they are comfortable. They are affordable and worth what you pay for.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Junk captured poorly

Installed grips on a 2013 Sportster and a plastic throttle bushing separated from the rubber. The two throttle cable mounts weren't very good either, the end piece rubbed against the Harley's throttle body and would have been dangerous as the throttle would have stuck. In addition, the end holes of the throttle cable were too small, and the cable itself was twisted and kinked. Dissatisfied. A saving grace, Revane, accepted my return. Don't buy this junk.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Glue in throttle body

After installing the new monkeys I couldn't use my normal end weights, only found this throttle body, it was super sticky, looked inside, it was full of glue. I tried cleaning it but couldn't fully and didn't want to push my luck to see if it would break after a few uses. So I came back with a spare and bought some weights/caps for the steering wheel. I'll try and see how my dad's handlebar throttle looks the same.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Comfortable but poorly finished

The handles were very easy to fit and comfortable. But on my first ride after installation I was trying to accelerate to change gears when I noticed the throttle twisting but no acceleration. I stopped and found the handle on the inner sleeve was spinning! I was able to remove the handle and came home with just the sleeve. It looks as if it is composed of transparent silicone. I could scrape it off with my hand. Very dangerous! After I glued it on, everything was fine.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Safety

At first they were of good quality. The left handle fits perfectly

Seems to be of good quality at first. The left arm is perfect. But there was a bit of glue on the throttle side that I couldn't get rid of. As a result, the grip did not slide smoothly and was practically useless. I noticed someone else had the same issue with their order. Either I received HIS return or their QC team was grossly negligent. sent back. The bike fell into disrepair (had to cut off the old grips) until I got the Kuryakyn grips which I should have ordered first. Very disappointed.

Pros
  • Easy assembly
Cons
  • Some small things

As others have said there was glue in the pipes.

As mentioned, there was glue in the pipes when they arrived. They were listed as fitting my wife's Honda Shadow Aero 750 and they appear to fit. Sized to match the handlebars, however the collar that the throttle cables attach to was too large for the body of their bike and the throttle did not return to the closed position when attached. I measured and compared to the factory ones and sanded them down to the correct diameter with my dremel, as by that point I had already removed the old onesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Easy to maintain
