insoluble; gray color

This product is not pure at all - most of the crystals were gray (sodium chloride should be white). Even after stirring overnight, the gray components did not dissolve. Do not buy this product!

Pros
  • Industrial and scientific
Cons
  • Crumpled

the goods came broken

the jar was broken and the salt was literally scattered all over the package. Salt was also the color of mud. High purity is definitely a lie for this article. I would not recommend it to anyone. I wanted to make a saline solution but the sample looked really dirty. We just threw it away.

Pros
  • laboratory chemicals
Cons
  • I don't remember, but something happened

This is not a laboratory level.

The description says "Laboratory grade sodium chloride crystals, 500g". When delivered, the label states that the sodium chloride crystals are laboratory quality (rock salt). It is brownish-grey in color and has many brown fibrous impurities. The 5% solution is very cloudy even after filtration. If you need it for lab work, don't buy it. I wouldn't put it in for dinner.

Pros
  • Inorganic reagents
Cons
  • Some small things
