Great design let down by cheap/ flimsy materials.

Okay let's start by saying this is probably one of the best G3 backpack designs you will find, it's comfortable and well built but the design is let down by poor materials. To hold the device in place to use the buttons and charging port I had to make extra thick wood and fabric padding, otherwise the device would sink into the included padding and become detached and difficult to use. The bottom tray is nice but the very thin plastic it is made of is bent and until I made clips for it it made…

Very happy with this backpack!

Perfect for my dad when he needs to be outside. Comfortable to carry on one or two shoulders. Most of the time he runs errands in the city, for example to the doctor, to the post office or to the grocery store. He leaves his charger in the car so he can plug it in between stops if needed. On these short trips, combined with the use of a charger, he does not need to carry an extra battery and the bag is therefore much lighter. Does exactly what it's designed to do

I am a very active 53 year old male with medical conditions that require the use of supplemental oxygen to stay active. The Imogen comes with a shoulder bag which is impractical for me so I decided to give this backpack a try. If you're not physically able to hold the carrying case that comes with the Imogen G3, this isn't for you. I have a G3 with an extended battery that weighs 6 pounds.
