Back Abrasive Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry

These shoes are great for boxing or any type of heavy lifting. A few more pluses: They're lightweight, the laces are really strong and don't come undone easily, they grip almost any surface like a champ. The only downside I've noticed so far is that the heel is too high and chafing the Achilles tendon unless you're wearing high socks. That's actually a big disadvantage for me.
