I received this product very quickly (in about 5 days). After watching an uninstall/reinstall video, I put the screen back in place. It was not initially apparent from the video that the screen connector needed to be mated/pulled just above the screen as the video appeared to show it being pulled out perpendicular to the screen. Step-by-step guides are readily available on Youtube - I highly recommend you follow them (just google them). I will confess that I had to disassemble the computer more than I expected, but I am VERY happy with the results - overall it wasn't that difficult! Works like the original!

I found a video on You Tube on how to install an LCD screen on my Dell. I ordered, opted for 2 day shipping for a small additional charge and it arrived today. I have absolutely no experience and have never tried it. Installation took about 20 minutes. Great, super easy!

I dropped my laptop and cracked the screen. I ordered this one. It took me a week to receive it. The installation was very easy, in just a few minutes I was able to swap out the screen. It has a weird distortion, not sure if it's the refresh rate or something else, but it will hurt your eyes after long-term use. I'm just used to it. The quality is definitely not close to the factory.

I accidentally smashed my laptop screen when it fell to the ground. This screen was very easy to install and works like a charm. However, I recommend watching the installation videos which can make the process much smoother.

I wasn't sure if I could do this transition myself or not, but everything went smoothly AFTER I downloaded Dell's service manual. I am currently working on this computer and have been using it since the day I changed my monitor over a month ago. DELL sells all parts EXCEPT monitors. 450.00 plus shipping for replacement. I would just buy a new one if that was the only option. All in all, $53 is about right. Don't be afraid to take risks. Thank you very much.

Perfect fit for my Dell 17R! The screen replacement was very easy and my laptop is like new. There are many videos on YouTube that explain in great detail how to replace the screen.

Installation on the 17R/N7110 was fairly easy. Most of the work was done by my 10 year old son. The screws are small, so be careful not to lose them. The new screen was in good condition with no dead pixels. A tip: The YouTube video we watched didn't describe how to unplug the video cable. We first unplugged the cable from the old screen, starting at the side of the laptop (as opposed to the side of the screen), which gave us some freedom. The connector then slid parallel to the screen surface.

He arrived on time. The color difference takes a little getting used to, but overall I saved a lot of money by not having to buy a new laptop! I would recommend this company to everyone! :)
