I like that you can set up multiple accounts to have different permissions for each user, as well as control who has access in real-time using an online dashboard with reports! It's also very easy (and free) of use when compared to some other similar services out there - which makes it worth checking into if your business needs are simple enough but complex at times too!! For example; we don't need many features or complicated reporting options from our admin panel so this suits us just fine :)

I like that you can talk to your teachers at anytime of day, so it's easy for them if they have something urgent or important going through their mind during class time! It also makes group discussions much easier as there are no restrictions in terms what times people should be online/in chat room etc (It doesn't always work well with my school schedule).
