I like that you can set up multiple accounts to have different permissions for each user, as well as control who has access in real-time using an online dashboard with reports! It's also very easy (and free) of use when compared to some other similar services out there - which makes it worth checking into if your business needs are simple enough but complex at times too!! For example; we don't need many features or complicated reporting options from our admin panel so this suits us just fine :) We've been able solve most problems quickly through their help section without having any issues ourselves either!
