Great software solution designed especially

It has been very easy for our staff members to use this tool, which allows us to get quick answers from customers in order to resolve their issues or questions as soon as possible. The support team can be contacted via phone calls, emails, etc., and they are always ready to help you with any inquiry regarding your product. Sometimes we have problems connecting to the server due to technical glitches, but the support team responds quickly to fix it. I would recommend using this service because…

  • Very cheap price compared other similar tools such Microsoft Teams!
Cons
  • No automatic notifications when someone replies directly into forum threads
  • Notifications do appear randomly sometimes causing confusion among users
  • Does require high internet speed

User friendly and very affordable solution

I like most about this product, it's so easy for newbies with little experience in wordpress or Wp-editing itself as well! The dashboard makes things simple enough even when you are not an expert but if there was something i can improve then maybe adding more options regarding design of forums would be great!!
