Fits lamps and ceiling fans

I bought these for emergencies to have at home during a power outage (rather than real candles because I have small children). I haven't used them yet. However, I opened both boxes and randomly tested a total of 4 candles. They seem to be working. A bit on the cheap side and difficult to switch from off to on.

Product as described

I bought these to make snowman decorations and they were exactly what I wanted. The photo description is very accurate. Most of the battery operated tea lights I looked at had a long bulb, I looked for a shorter bulb and they are shorter than most. They're not super bright, but that's what I wanted. Can't comment on durability as I've only had them for a few days and I don't care how long the light lasts as without the light they're still a pretty decoration.

  • Great price

The photos do not match the product I received (as pictured 8/9/18)

These battery operated tealights work as described but the two packs of 24 that were sent to me are not tea lighting. on product photos. I need them for a project where they will be visible from the side. The tea lights in the photos work well for this as the base is flat. The ones sent to me have raised sides so the real LED is in the bowl and you can't see the light from the side. I will have to return them. I think buyers beware. Thanks Raven :(

Superb electronic candle

Superb electronic candle. Next time I want to order some bigger ones. and no fire hazard. Not sure how long they will last as the batteries are not replaceable, but batteries will likely cost more than candles. Ah, our throwaway society, but maybe they are less wasteful than real candles that burn, consume oxygen, cause fires, smoke, etc.? Anyway, those are clever flickering "candles"!

Pros
  • Very good value for money

  • Only available in white

Nice candles but bad batteries

The candles themselves actually look decent in the warm light and I like that the light flickers like a flame. However, the half-dozen I've used so far don't even come close to matching the claimed 100-hour battery life. Most of them died after about 20 hours and the one that still works after 40 hours of use is so dim that I can't see any light from more than a few feet away. Very disappointed. I was hoping to use them as night lights and use each candle many nights, but I have to turn them…

Handy Tea Lights on Novelty Lighting

My husband and I talked about battery powered tea lights for weeks after Hurricane Matthew hit us in South Carolina. He wanted to use them as night lights so we could see in the dark. With Halloween approaching, I figured they would work just as well as a safe light source, so I bought them. I was not disappointed with these lamps. They're lightweight, emit lots of light, stay cool, but most importantly, they're battery operated so you don't have to worry about a fire hazard or explosion. I…

Would NOT buy again!

This was my second purchase from this supplier but I was very disappointed with this product as six (6) of the first eight (8) I tried did NOT work. The pears were weakened; they are initially "on" when in the off position and then off when in the "on" position; then they wouldn't work at all; A battery case was opened upon receipt and could not be reassembled. Unfortunately, as I opened them up for crafting much later than I bought them, it was too late to return them (obviously missed the…

So beautiful! Best in New Lighting

I've seen them outside (hundreds!) and they were so beautiful. Don't let the simple, almost cheap, out-of-the-box look fool you. When switched on, the glow is great and the tiny flicker really mimics a flame. If you want more - order extra. i just did it I have 24 (well, 23 - one didn't work) scattered around my living room and they are so beautiful at night. I have a couple of ceramic lamps that go well with it and if I forget them I don't have to worry about burning candles lying around. They

unnatural flickering and very "white "

March 10, 2013 I was looking for a safer alternative to candles because we (A) have small curious grandchildren and (B) live in a natural forest and are particularly fond of fire - deliberately. I started using them to create atmosphere in the room, but the flickering was so unnatural, more like a "blink" effect with many light sources, that I moved them to the hot tub. The photo shows lanterns that emit a warm yellow-gold light. The lights I received were white and gave off a very white light.
