Tried to use my new lunch bag today. Fresh out of plastic and the second zipper is open - the main zipper is cut open. Very disappointing. The box is beautifully shaped and otherwise makes a well-made impression. I'm sure it's a product issue, not a seller issue, but the zippers are very cheaply made and break easily.
